Enrollment fees:
Enrollment fees are (200) Qatari Riyals, which are non-refundable and are paid only once.
Placement Test Fees:
1. English placement test fees are (150 QR) for every placement test.
2. Math placement test fees are (150 QR) for every placement test.
Textbook fees (paper and electronic):
1. An amount of (50 QR) for any textbook of which price does not exceed (100 QR).
2. An amount estimated at 50% of the actual value of the textbook for any textbook of which price exceeds (100 QR).
3. The student has the right to get a full refund of the price of the paper book when he/she deletes the course, if the book is returned in its original condition and within a period not exceeding one week from the date of purchase of the book.
Course Withdrawal Fees:
1. The student is allowed to withdraw from one or more courses in the semester until the end of the Add/Drop period.
2. A fee of (400 QAR) per credit hour is imposed directly on the student's account, when withdrawing according to the following cases:
a. Withdrawing a course after the end of the Add/Drop.
b. Withdrawing a course due to excessive absence.
Registration/Release Fees:
1. A student is suspended in the following cases:
a. Withdrawing foundation program due to exceeding the allowed period of absence.
b. Withdrawing foundation program after the end of the Add/Drop period.
c. Dropping a student due to exceeding the allowed absence rate in all courses (college level) in which the student is registered in the semester.
d. The student withdraws completely from the semester for the third time.
e. The student is absent from studying for three consecutive semesters, excluding the summer semester.
f. Total withdrawal from the college.
g. Academic Dismissal.
2. The fee is lifted in any of the above-mentioned cases and the fees for re-enrollment are (2000 QR).
3. The student is not allowed to enroll or re-enroll in the college except after paying the fee.
The student may be exempted from fees associated with withdrawal, interruption or absence from studying resulting from compelling reasons and circumstances beyond the student's control, supported by supporting documents acceptable to the competent committee, in accordance with the regulations and procedures followed in the college.
