Academic load policy:
1- The minimum academic load for a student is (9) credit hours and the maximum are (16) credit hours per semester (fall or spring), and a maximum of (7) credit hours for the summer semester, taking into account the following:
a- Students with a cumulative GPA of (3.5) or higher is allowed to register for a maximum of (18) credit hours in the fall and spring semesters and (10) credit hours for the summer semester, provided that he has completed at least (16) credit hours.
b- Students expected to graduate is allowed to register (18) credit hours in the fall and spring semesters, and (10) hours in the summer semester.
c- Students on the academic warning list is required to register (9) credit hours as a minimum, and (12) as a maximum of credit hours.
2- Students who are expected to graduate have the right to register in the graduation semester a number of credit hours less than the minimum academic load.
Course Registration:
Course Registration Priority for College Level Students:
The priority for course registration is given to the following students:
First: Bachelor's students expected to graduate at the end of the semester.
Second: All Bachelor's students.
Third: Diploma students expected to graduate at the end of the semester.
Fourth: Students who have 30 hours remaining to complete the requirements of the study plan, including the hours registered in the semester.
Fifth: All students allowed to register.
