Students, who are placed on suspension due to dropping/withdrawal from a course and wishing to re-enroll in the withdrawn course in a subsequent semester, shall pay the relevant re-enrollment fees specified in the Fees and Charges Policy. Please note that the hold will be lifted during the working hours of the Enrollment Management Section.
Notes:
1- Holds prevent students from scheduling courses in subsequent semesters and completing the graduation requirements.
2- In case the student was exempted by the Fees Committee, the student must send his/her identification number to: Registration@ccq.edu.qa.
3- Course deletion fees are charged immediately upon completion of the deletion process. The policy applies from the Fall 2024 semester. If courses are deleted in previous semesters, fees will be charged when re-registering the deleted course.
