In case you have a quick and short question in need of an urgent answer, you should send an email to the academic advisor taking into account the following matters:
• Use your CCQ’s email (xxx@ccq.edu.qa)
• Write a clear Subject for your message
• Include your full name, CCQ ID and academic program at the end of the message

Pre-booked appointments via Microsoft Teams

1. Send an email to the academic advisor to request an appointment (please choose a suitable time according to the timetable below).
2. The academic advisor will inform you of their available times, and send you a meeting link via Microsoft Teams.
