​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Applicants wishing to enrol at CCQ for cross registration must be either Qataris or born to Qatari mothers. The applicant should send all requested ​ documents within the admission timeline via email to crossadmission@ccq.edu.qa​.


Documents Required

Qatari Cross Registration Students

  1. A copy of the applicant’s valid Qatari ID card.
  2. A “No Objection Letter” from QU to cross register at CCQ​

Cross Registration Students born to Qatari Mothers

  1. A copy of the applicant’s valid Qatari ID card.
  2. A No Objection Letter from QU to cross register at CCQ
  3. Official birth certificate from the Ministry of Public Health​ (a copy will not be accepted).
  4. A copy of the mother's valid Qatari ID card

How To Apply

If you meet all the requirements, click here to submit your application electronically (only online applications will be considered). Then, pay the required admission fees of QR 200 through the online payment system.
