Ceremony
Preparations for the Class of 2025
Under
the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al
Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Community College of
Qatar celebrates the graduation of a new batch of its students, who are joining
the ranks of specialized national competencies. This aims to meet the evolving
needs of the local labor market, enhance the competitive capabilities of
national institutions, and align with the strategic directions of the state in
attracting, developing, and retaining distinguished human capital.
The
Class of 2025 includes graduates from the academic year 2024-2025 (terms: Fall
2024, Spring 2025, Summer 2025).
Invitation Cards:
- Each graduate receives 3
electronic invitation cards.
- For honors students, 5
electronic invitation cards are provided.
- Cards will be distributed
during the ceremony rehearsal.
- Entry will only be
allowed for cardholders among parents and invitees.
Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal:
- The rehearsal aims to
familiarize graduates with the details of the ceremony and its
instructions, making it a mandatory requirement for attending the
graduation ceremony.
- Attendance is compulsory,
and graduates who do not participate will not be allowed to attend the
graduation ceremony.

Special
Guidelines for Graduates |
- Present your personal
or university ID to enter the ceremony.
- No graduate
registration will be accepted after 5:00 PM.
- Entry to the ceremony
hall will not be allowed after 5:30 PM.
- Adhere to wearing the
official graduation attire until the end of the ceremony; no alternative
attire will be provided on the day of the ceremony.
- Do not leave the hall
until the ceremony is over, except in emergencies.
- Activate silent mode on
your phone when entering the ceremony hall.
- No food or drinks are
allowed in the ceremony hall.
- Do not bring valuable
or important personal items; graduates are responsible for all their
belongings.
- No personal items are
allowed on the award stage.
- Photography or phone
use is strictly prohibited on the stage.
- There is no designated
changing room.
- Follow the instructions
of supervisors and organizers.
- Prayer rooms are
available on the ground floor.
- A photography platform
is available on the first floor for capturing commemorative photos.

- The ceremony starts at
6:00 PM.
- Children under the age
of 10 are not allowed.
- Activate silent mode on
your phone inside the ceremony hall.
- No food or drinks are
allowed in the ceremony hall.
- Follow the instructions
of supervisors and organizers.
- Prayer rooms are
available on the first floor.

Live Broadcast:
The
ceremony will be broadcast live on the college's official YouTube account.
Graduates
are encouraged to share personal or group commemorative photos on social media
using the hashtag #CCQGrad2025.
