In case you have a quick and short question in need of an urgent answer, you should send an email to your academic advisor taking into account the following matters:
• Use your CCQ’s email (xxx@ccq.edu.qa)
• Write a clear Subject for your message
• Include your full name, CCQ ID and academic program at the end of the message
